Our Spectre of Work  ▬


We are a professional company that mediates between employers in Poland and candidates worldwide. We are in contact with many employers across Poland, primarily from the logistics and manufacturing industries (including Amazon, Castorama, CCC, Bricklayer), as well as those seeking skilled workers such as welders and electricians.

 

We also work with employers from the Czech Republic, although the procedure there is more complex because they require a certificate of no criminal record. This document must then be legalized at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (in your country of residence), translated into Czech, and finally, certified by the Czech Embassy. So if you are ready, we also offer work in the Czech Republic.

 

 

What Should You Know? ▬

 

  • Employees are provided with accommodation, and are welcomingly introducted into the work environment.

 

  • The gross hourly rate starts at PLN 31.40, which is equal to around 7.50 EUR, and is often higher.

 

  • The hourly rate also increases if you work nights and on weekends. Also, if you are under 26 years of ago and obtain a student ID (which we can help in), the gross rate will become your real pay.

 

  • The number of hours worked per week is typically between 40 and 60 hours
